Are You The Right Fit?
At Bertron Communications, we're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to take control of their work lives and join our dynamic team of virtual Customer Service Representatives. To ensure that we maintain the highest standards of service for our Fortune 500 clients, we require all potential agents to undergo and pass a background check covering the past seven years. Please note that this background check costs $30 and is the responsibility of the applicant.
As a Bertron Communications agent, you are responsible for providing your own equipment. This typically includes a Windows 10/11 laptop or a regular computer, along with a reliable headset. Our flexible model allows you to curate your own schedule, giving you the freedom to work when it suits you best. However, we do require a minimum commitment of 15 hours of service per week. You must be 18 years or older to apply. No prior experience is necessary, as our clients provide comprehensive training, with some even offering paid training sessions. Compensation ranges from $10 to $20 per hour, based on the client you choose to service rather than your previous experience.
